Director of Operations

Prabha Mattappally is the Director of Operations, overseeing the Offord Group’s day-to-day activities, and playing a key role in the marketing, sales, and overall development of the company.

With more than eight years’ experience in administrative management in the not-for-profit sector, Prabha supports Offord’s philanthropy counsel while managing special research projects and studies on behalf of clients.

Prabha’s experience ranges from the public to private sectors. She has worked in sponsorship, promotions and administration, most recently overseeing prospect research for Mount Sinai Hospital.  She also played a key role for the hospital in the development of leadership gift and naming opportunity proposals to further the hospital’s highest priorities.
